All products will be shipped by the method you chose when checking out unless other arrangements have been made by email confirmation and voice communication.
Christec ships to the domestic US only. International shipping must be pre-arrainged and pre-paid.
Most if not all orders will be shipped within 1 business days.
All returned product must be in original (unused) condition and is subject to a 15% restocking charge. Freight charges will not be refunded
Defective product, after a quality assurance examination, will be exchanged for the same product.
All product returns (restocking or defective) must have an RMA (return authorization number). Please contact us for an RMA number via phone or email.
